we stayed this past weekend and the service was exceptional. Beth, Rodrick and Kyara were not only professional but patient and extremely helpful. They made the check in process easy. They were friendly and went above and beyond to help
It's a very cozy room with a lot of fun stuff. The TV works and a lot of good stuff. Also, the staff is very friendly and the breakfast is complimentary. A lot of seating for breakfast and everything is really nice . The breakfast was delicious better than most hotels I've been to. Also, another Tanger outlet is right across from it so you can basically walk.
Great hotel, very satisfied. Not much to complain about. Only bad thing is that the print computer runs window 7 and the keyboard is absolutely disgusting.
We used to love coming here, but lately things have been slipping. No shampoo or conditioner in the dispensers. Toilet running through the night. But it was corrected once brought to their attention. The seat's in the dining room need major updates. I had three pulls in my skirt from the seat's.

Hotel was clean, staff were friendly and the breakfast was hot. My only complaint would be what time breakfast starts compared to most of the hotels I stay at. This could be due to the off season.
This is a wonderful, clean, and safe hotel. I highly recommend it. Stayed for 2 nights. Ask for JADYN at the front desk. He is a true professional. He helped us with information about the local area for a restaurant, etc. He has a great sense of humor too! The room was super clean, comfortable, and tastefully decorated. The hotel provides a great breakfast! All of the local attractions to see the Amish are close by. The parking lot was safe and well lit at night. Be sure to watch a football game and have a cocktail in the lobby area--it is most comfortable. We will stay here again.
